Terrible experience at spur brigh****er

I went to the spur at brigh****er to eat lunch with my children but i made a terrible choice to eat at spur we ordered our food and we started to wait and wait after 1 hour we asked our \waiter"when is our food coming he said oh there is a shortage of staff thats why its taking so long he said it will arrive shortly after another 30 min the food arrived half of it cold and not tasting nice what terrible service !!!! I will never go and eat there again"""
