Terrible door service

Made a booking at Boulder creek spur for 10 45 got to spur at 10 37 there was alot of people queuing outside I spoke to the waiter at the door explaining we made reservations for 10 45 was told by the waiter to wait outside we stood and waited for over 25 minutes while the people in the queue was given tables only after me raising my voice and asking to speak to the manager did the staff let us in to find our table was ready with a reserved sign on it what a waste of almost 30 minutes
