Terrible Customer Service from Spur

I had to give this 1 star because there is no option for a -5 rating!! The Soaring Hawk Spur at Cape Town International Airport is terrible! We waited for more than 30mins to receive any service (after asking 2 waiters and the manager for menus!) There are so many tables that hasnt been cleaned yet and the waiters are standing around chatting to each other! After waiting for 45mins we decided to rather leave (still havent received any service). I walked up to the manager and asked him to let us out as the shutter to the front door was closed (dont lnow why), I told him they are clearly to busy to give us any service and we want to leave he just looked at me and asked so you not going to eat?! Yeah we wouldve loved to if we receives service! You guys need to pick up your standards and this for a restaurant on a airport!
