Terrible customer service

<p>I had inconvenient experience at spur in Richards bay, I was there for a quick drink before work in my work clothes and asked the waitress for a small data orange which she wrote down and agreed to and upon arrival I received a big one then asked her why she brought the wrong she where as she responded that I'm not allowed to order from the kiddies menu and I told her I wasn't asking to order from the kiddies menu I just a small drink and sent it back. That was the end of it but then the owner Lindie decided to contact my boss and lie to him and say I made a scene in spur while in my work clothes. Firstly if there was an issue she should have come and spoken to me not run to my boss and get me into trouble for sending back something I didn't order. I find it extremely unprofessional and pathetic at the same time to involve my work in a issue that happened with badly trained staff. Maybe tell your waitress to inform someone when they order wether something is available to them or not and not just assume and bring something they didn't want and try and sort out an issue in your shop rather than trying to get the person complaining into trouble for your shops terrible service.</p>
