Terrible booking and attitude.

I want to report a terrible experience at the Worchester Mountainmil mall spur. We booked a table with the express purpose of watching the rugby and celebrating my fiancé's birthday.

To our absolute dissatisfaction we arrived at the spur to find that our booking made on Wednesday the 24th. And when we arrived the managers first told us no booking was made and only when we checked the bookings diary ourselves did we not only find the booking but the manager immediately blamed her coligue for not telling the waiters!

We were treated with a terrible attitude, other customers were chased off of their table to another table and we can barely see the TV, half of our party is completly unable to wat the TV without masive discomfort!

The brand of spur is one of my favorites but after a terrible experiences in the past I did not come back for very long. Recently my fiance convinced me to start coming back to spurs and this branch in particular has been very disappointing. The previous time we were here the spur was not only filthy but on a Saturday night the entire spur was being server in peak time by trainees.

I am not very pleased and if it depends on me I will not be returning.
