TERRIABLE SERVICE

I haven't been back to this one particular branch in a long time, for the reason we received bad service.<br> Thinking that the service would improve it didn't, when arriving at the restaurant and our table was reserved,<br> the waitress took us to the back and made us standing there, hoping we would find our own table. I said to the waitress what are we waiting for? After some time waiting she eventually placed us as she couldn't find our table so she placed us at a table saying its reserved. <br> <br> Then the night got better made arrangements that we have separate bills for everyone to pay, which the manager was accommodating about. When ordering our food we waited so long that the amount of rounds of drinks that were coming quicker than the food. Eventually when the food arrived it came in all drips and draps and we had to wait a bit longer for the other food NONSENSE!!<br> <br> We said to the waiter why cant everything come together instead of waiting for here and there for the food.<br> It got so bad, my father in law went and complained to the manager to get some service, then we got all the food.<br> <br> Will stick to my feeling about the service and never return to this branch ever!
