Tasteless food

On thursday I took my girlfriend out to spur, drove all the way to Southdowns Spur, I have to admin the waiter Aaron was a real star, one of the best waiters I've ever had, but then came the food OMW, the famous spur onion rings, they were so hard and tasteless, tasted as if it was frozen and warmed up in a microwave, my veggies looked like as if they were prepared a week ago and been laying in the veggie bowl for 2 days, and then came my 300g T-bone, dry and tasteless, think they forgot all the spices and marinates (I ordered medium to rare), the buffalo wings that were ordered for starters were so dry,hard and also tasting awfull, for the first time spur disappointed me with their food, if it were not for the fast and friendly waiter everybody inside spur would have heard my opinion. What a waste of petrol and money.
