Tardiness: Long wait for pre-ordered food not cool

<p>I have never had to wait so long in my life to get my pre-ordred meal from Eagle Peak Spur at Majuba Mall in Newcastle. I called and spoke to a white gentleman who took my order and told me it would take 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I called Sour at 09:17am, when I went to collect my order at 09:40, it still wasn't ready. I was forced to wait an extra 15 minutes instore before I was given my order.</p> <p>This is tardy, tacky and unprofessional. I am a regular customer at this particular Spur but it was my 1st take placing an order over the phone. Needless to say, I won't be bothering again!!</p>
