Supper ruined by horrible attitude

It's with regret I write this but I believe it's necessary for your improvement. On Thursday, my friend and I were horrified by Mpumie's attitude which ruined our supper and gave me sleepless nights. We sat for about 15 min before she even came to our table. Upon arrival she merely placed menus, & without saying a word or offering drinks, left! She completely ignored us though she attended a table right next to ours which she gave loads of attention! She later dropped cutlery on our table but still took no order. I walked to the till at entrance & there came Mpumie & whilst looking at her screen, asked how she could help. I said we've been sitting there & you just ignored us. She just snapped & said we are very busy so if you don't talk you won't get help. I was shocked then asked her how were we to say anything as she never introduced or even availed herself. When she came to take our order her volume & tone of voice & body language were despicable. At one point she threw her hands in the air & threatened to get us another waiter because I spoke too softly. Ofcourse by then my eyes were filled with tears due to the horrible experience which ruined & wasted our time & money, SAD!!!
