Superb Service

Last week I had such a bad experience at the local Spur that I vowed I would never return. But today I did...and I was overwhelmed by excellent service and A-grade food! <br> Before i talk about today...this past week so many different people contacted from Spur Head office and Regional to solve the problem i encountered. It would seem that they truly value each and every customer and that they do not want to loose even one customer!<br> Today...well the food was perfect...service was impeccable...management was responsive and my family and I had a wonderful lunch and some quality family time. <br> Attention to detail was at the order of the day and we were checked ons several times by different management. <br> I can now say that I would be proud to take family and business associates to our local Spur!<br> Thanx to Werner and all who were involved to take customer service to the next level and to set a new standard for the rest of the restaurants in the area.
