SUNWARD PARK SPUR BAD SERVICE

Very disappointed in Service and Food at Spur Savanah Steak Ranch in Sunward Park.

1. Sat for 20 minutes and was only served once I myself went and got a menu. 2. When ordering I was not given the options available eg offering baked potatoe or onion rings to go with the burger. 3. On my plate of food the raw red onion on my burger was a good 1.5cm thick and some of my onion rings looked like they had been soaked in black dirty water. 4. No child minder was in the play area AND there was a children's party being hosted ! 5. The play area door hand many hand marks on it with no sanitizer offered to sanitize the handle. 6. Not once did the waitress ask us if we were satisfied with our food, check on us or offer us a refill if our beverages. IN FACT AFTER BRINGING US OUR FOOD SHE NEVER CAME NEAR THE TABLE AGAIN. 7. When attempting to put the sauces which we had ordered to complement the burgers on them, the sauces were so watery they ran all over the plate and soaked straight through the bun. 8. No Name Badge worn by waitress in order to bring her lack of customer service to Managers attention.
