Sunset Bay Spur never again!

We were seated at a dirty table outside around 5pm, 20 mins later our order still had not been taken nor was our table cleaned. 30min later we were told that we would be waiting longer than expected by our waiter Wayne, we literally had to plead for thr children's food to be brought at least. In the meantime multiple tables that arrived long after us had already been served their food. We were told the reason for our delay was due to the burger specials and the high number of customers at the Spur, absolute hogwash as the other tables received the same burger orders before us. When our food finally arrived the calamari was ice cold as if it went straight from freezer to fryer. We asked to speak to the manager. Toni, the manager did not even stop to listen to our reason for complaining. He wanted to please us with free food or drinks. Throwing free food at bad service does not solve the issue at hand. Free burger Mondays are not a new concept so it's ridiculous that this was used as an excuse for making us wait 1h30min to get food. I am incredibly disappointed in the service of the Spur and it was an absolute LOW of our holiday in the beautiful Gordon's bay.
