Still serving bad service

<p>Mall of Africa Spur. We've tried you twice now and you consistantently disappoint. Are you only using casual staff?because your staffs lazy attitude from walking in your door,lack of urgency to get a simple toasted sandwich or getting the bill is becoming legendary.you have NO ONE who knows how to manage your restaurant. You've left it up to sloppy staff who get orders wrong and cannot follow simple instructions of white or brown bread. You are sitting on a gold mine and because you just happen to be in a great location you have no idea of the potential you have in potentially offering good service...having your manager follow us apologizing for what he is totally unaware of as he is part of the problem (poor leadership from top down,including YOU the owner whoever you are) is pathetic...as is your service. We know where the wimpy is...we'll take our business elsewhere. Dont worry.you'll be OK. You could be so much better but clearly "just ok" is good enough for you and ask you are invested in giving your customers.</p>
