STILL NO RESPONCE

Phone Theft and Negligence by Owner and staff at Reno Spur!!! on the 27th of March 2018 my boyfriend took me out to Reno Spur in Belville to celebrate my birthday as we had both worked till late that day, the food was badly burnt not to mention the onion rings who i could not even eat but because i didnt want to ruin my day by complaining, i ate my ribs in peace and did not cause a scene, after we finished dining i went to the bathroom and he took care of the bill in my absence, when i came back i did not return to the table but he stood up and came towards me with my handbag, ourleft overs and car keys, he had left his mobile telephone on the table since he was distracted with everything he had to carry, we left and realised on our way to Kuilsriver that he had left the phone on the table, i immediately called the restuarant and the manager called the waitress who was serving us to speak to me and she said she had cleared the table already and did not see a phone, we drove back and got there to ask the manager to show us CCTV footage of the area as nobody had any idea of the phone. the manager said she was not authorised to release footage and had to wait for the owner the next day, my boyfriend returned there the next morning only for the manager on duty to speak to him through the glass as he said that the store was not open for bussiness but seing that there was an issue that needed to be solved the manager was insensitive and one could say he did not care.
