Steel wool found in Veggies

So we went for lunch at Spur Steak Ranch in Fordsburg Sunday afternoon, halfway through the meal my husband spat out a piece of what looked like ***** wool. Upon further investigation there were several other pieces in there too. We then called the waiter who was very apologetic and in return called for the manager. All we got out of the manager was "sorry, this is the second customer with the same complaint." And said that he will tell the staff not to use steel utilities anymore and walked away. No offer to pay for the unhygienic food or to even replace it. We will make sure to warn as much people as possible about our experience. SPUR FORDSBURG.
