Steaks underdone

Good Day,

I bought 2 x steak specials at Spur N1 City through Mr Delivery. Both steaks ordered as medium rare and both steaks was blue, i had to pan fry the steaks to get it medium rare. I ordered the same the week before and it was perfect, was very disappointed with the service. I had notified this on the app but had no response back.
