Steak of R129 looks so small

I bought a sorlain steak worth R129 and it came so small as if it would worth R40..i then,instead of complaining,asked them to gimme another steak,they refused as they stated they are already closing at 21:00..i then asked for a manager called sthe and told him that im a reliable customer of spur and instead of complaining can they add another steak and i would pay for it and he refused..so i dnt want to be treated as if spir is doing favor to its customers coz otherwise i was gonna pay for the steak..what a pathetic service and incompetitive stuff,when we bring money they chase away the customers..i wnt even give a tip and i wont anymore come to spur
