Steak branch - restaurant

Received the worse service ever at Spur branch Warmbaths Forever Resort. Waited one hour and a half for our food then not even all of our food was served, sone of us didn't even received food and have to cancel the order for the time we have waited. Then we thought was only a one time thing. Our kids later in the weekend went for waffles, waited 45 minutes for a jug of water, almost 2 hours they sat there! Really, really bad service with no explanation or excuse!
