STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPUR!

So we get to Spur to celebrate my niece's birthday. We asked for the smoking area and was seated by the outside tables, makes sense right? It all started going haywire when served cold, skinny, dry and chewy wings by three different waiters. I then lit a cigarette and asked a random waiter for an ash tray. To my dismay, i was told that we weren't permitted to smoke as there is no smoking area within the premises. I contested this and even pointed to other people whom we've actually found there already. The manager then came, requested i put out the cigarette and said the people i'm pointing at are regulars (0_o)....
