Standard of Food was below standard considering the price one pays for it.

Las Vegas Spur Steak Ranch.

I'd like to register a complaint with regards to the food that we were served with as a family at the the subject.

1. We've always loved the creamy spinach & pumpkin from Spur amongst other things they serve from their menu. However, the food we were served with on Saturday the 27/05/2023 was below standard in fact on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the great. We gave them a 3.

The Spinach was like grass both my wife and I couldn't finish it. The Onion Rings that my kids were served with were no where near to what Onion Ring look like, and my kids couldn't bother to touch them (Onion Rings) because they didn't look the part.

2. We equally want to mention that Selector who was serving our table was very good in his customer service and we were thoroughly pleased with his service. We gave him a 10 out 10.

And we notified Asanda Momoti ( Shift Manager) and she said that she is sorry for our experience and she will relay the message, and we will get a call from her superior the following day (Sunday) or latest Monday.

As I'm writing this message to you its Monday and my wife and I haven't heard anything from Asanda's superior.

So we would like to officially lay a complaint against them for the food that was below standard considering the brand of franchise (Spur) and the money we paid for the meal, and now they're not following up on us just to give us a courtesy call as per their promise.
