staff attitude

We have just visited Spur Ottawa Creek in Edenvale and I am completely disgusted in the pure inconsiderate manner we were treated. It’s a blazing hot day and for us not on holiday, I wanted to take my husband for an early supper in a well known place, which I am used to receive good service and food. However all the windows were open and the Spur was like an oven inside. I was looking forward to a nice cool place where we could end our day. However when I asked the waitress for a spot close to an air conditioner outlet she wanted to take me outside. I explained to her that I needed a cool place and she was speechless as af she does not understand. The front of house manager asked what the problem was and we explained. She just laughed at us and let us leave the restaurant. Extremely disappointed in a place I loved to go to. It seems that the management at the Spur are not at all interested in business, even though the place was empty. 27/12/2018. Marie ********** 144
