SPUR...why do people still eat here?

Nachos...ordered 1/2 Nachos at Spur in tokai (opposite MacDonalds). It arrived cold, my words to the waiter:"i would prefer nachos ehich are not cold" waiter apologised and took it away...15 minutes later the waiter had to be reminded that i am waiting for my nachos...he returns with slightly warmer nachos...i advise him it is not satisfactory as i initially requested a hot dish...not cold,not warm...as i write this...45 minutes have passed in total since i ordered...sigh...pathetic service...
