Spur's unacceptable level of "service" !!

We really cant complaint about the service..because there was NONE, literally!! My husband, brother in law and I decided to take the drive from Vredenburg, to Piketberg to enjoy some change of scenery and breakfast at Piketberg Spur on Sunday, 31st of March. We arrived around 8:55. We went to the front door but waited until 9, as it states that the shop open at 9. When no one came to open the door we went in and waited for someone to greet us.. which didnt happen. We saw a waiter and asked if we can sit? She said okay. We seated ourselves and noticed another table already seated next to us. We received menus but was not asked if we would like a drink.. we were waiting about 7 minutes when we noticed the manager turning on the TV's. She did not pay any attention to us. Then came the CHILDMINDER ( while there were children in the playarea) and was packing out sauces on the tables. She placed one on the corner of our table and went on.. still no one came to ask a drinks order.. we waited a while longer when the table next to us asked one of the waiters if we can get some service. She rep**** that someone will come now..we did not see her again. By this time 2 other tables also came in and were seated by themselves.. i stood up and walked to a waiter near the kitchen area and asked for service and which she rep**** to that they are still busy setting up and will be with us now.. this was already 15 or 20 past 9.. if the shop opens at 9, why still setting up? Not once did the manager come around to the tables, not once did ANY waiter come and take orders.. we decided to stand up and walk out as we were really dissapointed that we were treated this way.. i promise i will never return to spur as we left there angry, hungry and very dissapointed. I do not remember the staff names but if this is the service level of your company, I do not understand what is acceptable to you, as this is disgusting to me. We would rather go to ANY other place that wants to give us service!!!
