Spurs pork chop mouldy

<p>Lovely Saturday afternoon at waterfront spur.. We ordered two Mowhawk meals, and in one the pork was mouldy. The waiter said it was ash inside the pork we told him it is impossible..he called his manager who said it was the soot of the grill both trying to justify the situation. I explained I worked in a butchery and I know what mould is.. I said we would like the two meals free and complimentry wine, despite the fact that our meal was ruined they took forever to bring the wine.. We then refused the wine, upon exit the manager wanted to give us a free meal which we declined because we were very unhappy... Had enough of the old food and not taken seriously.</p>
