Spur(Amigo) vaal mall poor service

The Spur(Amigo spur) in Vaal mall service is absolutely poor and totally unacceptable. We sat down and ordered a drink. The waiter(granny) that served us came to take the order for the starter. We then waited for more than 45min before we decided to stand up and leave. Prior to leaving the people that came about 30min after us was served with food and drinks and we didnt receive any food nor did anyone come to ask if we are still good. I also asked someone to please call our waiter and nobody could tell me who she was or where she is at the time. This is very unprofessional and as said before unacceptable service.
