Spur zevenwacht mall. Please see this

It breaks my heart to say this. Spur has been one of my favourite restaurant to eat for years. I recently visited the spur in zevenwacht mall. To say the least the service was putrid. I thought I'd spoil my lady with a good meal and dessert. We were thoroughly disappointed by the service our waiter took about 40 minutes to bring our meal, our chips and I know spur is trying this new basket where they put the chips in but I think I had about 12 chips in that basket and the same goes for my partner. The chips were cold and very little. The onion rings were unbelievably crispy almost overcook and let's not forget how cold those onion rings were. Please please please zevenwacht spur do not lose more loyal customers your meals have drastically decreased in size and your prices have increased drastically. We prefer going to spurs competitors now and we get great value for money. There's more from the zevenwacht spur. My partners cup of coffee was so cold when we received it and she complained about it. The waiter apologized about it and called the manager on duty that day. All the manager said to us was: "I'm sorry about that, but next time please tell us before you finish the cup of coffee is finished." According to her the problem was solved but it clearly wasn't as my partner was rather unhappy. So spur in zevenwacht mall did not only give us a disappointing meal but actually gave us an unpleasant anniversary it's really unfortunate and I hope that our next spur experience ( definitely never zevenwacht mall again) will be better and hopefully this complaint gets taken up with the staff of that store I mean it was just absolutely ridiculous.
