Spur with a *********** manager!

We visited the Spur in Heidelberg Gp on Sunday the 13 th Jan. It was a very hot day and Spur's airconditioning didnt work at all. After questioning the waiter he responded that everyone has been complaining for almost a month and nothing seems to be done! We only had drinks and then rather left! How can a business be run in such a manner it's really unacceptable
