While this is an awesome place and it has amazing aesthetics for kids entertainment but me visiting there for the 1st time I was truly offended by the service and food I received.

Ordered a cheesy garlic roll and it was so hard I could throw and break a window, then it was taken away.

Later the beef burger which was requested to be well done came pink which again added to the frustration.

Also had a birthday girl at the table and we didn’t even get a special birthday song as most look forward to when they visit a spur on the special day.

Really one of the worst experiences I have had at a spur.
