SPUR - why change something that is working

The question is, why change something if it has been working for years. It is clear that the Spur brand has been around for many years and there are specific products working for them. People buy the product because you like to eat the specific product and when you order it you know what you getting on your plat. Well that is what I thought - as per normal I ordered the chicken schnitzel because it is one of the best items on the spur menu - But not any more whomever now decided to change the supplier and for them to make their own - WHY CHANGE SOMETHING THAT IS WORKING FOR YEARS - on two occasions at different Spurs this has been my experience - Spur need to think of other ways to save cost not change a product that has been working for years.
