Spur Westwood, Westville Durban..Poor management

<p>Firstly, your new renovations looks awesome...one thing you should have never changed is your staff, this use to be by far the best Spur I've ever been to. Kevin and his team were on the ball, outstanding service from the staff and manager, literally everybody were on par. If you think a brand makes you, sadly it doesn't, the staff and the way your restaurant is managed makes people coming back, the food is a standard across all spurs. I was at the spur this week and was the only customer cause it was 8h10am, the manageress (Indian woman) who never greeted or acknowledged me as a customer, who found it very important to be on her cell phone updating her status. I have a picture of it, so feel free to email me and I'll send it to you. With all the negativity surrounding spurs recent incident, you don't need a report like this, at least before letting the previous people go, let them train the new bunch. This use to be a warm restaurant, which my family actually calls it "our second home" Apparently this spur has new owners, I urge you to address this issue, cause trust me I don't think I'm the only customer. I'm not saying, get rid of her at least send her for proper customer service training, but then again something's can't be taught. Sadly I wouldn't be visiting anytime soon. I really miss my favourite waitress Xoli, amazing service everytime all the time. </p>
