Spur was a waste of our money

This was the second time we ate at spur in menlyn and this was the second time we had a awfull experience.

1st time the waiter took 4 tries to only still get my drink order wrong. We did not even stay for dinner.

Now 3 weeks back. We went again with our kids. I ordered a kiddies chicke mayo and 2 kiddies creamsodas The drinks came and the waiter brought for my 2 an 1 year old glass cups. Theire food came and it was a full soze adult chicken mayo not cut the fit there mouths. We complaind and the manager took it back. When it came again it was again a full size adult meal just cut in to smaller bits.

When our food came the onoin rings was raw. The chips was chowy and my burgers pattie was ice cold.

We complained but ate it any way. The bill came and they charged us for a adult chicken mayo instead of a kiddies one.

We were very upset and told the manager we will not go back. He said he will call us to give us a free dinner with in a week. Needless to say it is now 3 weeks and no call.

Im unhappy because we spend more than R300 on a meal that was not at all satisfying and when we complain and they said they will call and do something about it but they dont, that is just unacceptable. And disappointing

We will not like recommended anyone to go there
