Spur Vangate terrible service

Placed a telephone order as a takeaway at 16 :30 was asked to speak to lady labeeqah..... The order was meant to be done at 17:30 so that me and my family could have a meal as we were breaking our fast... It's now 18:05 spoken to 5 different people including the manager Denver to which somebody only managed to take MY ORDER ONLY NOW! And I still haven't spoken to labeeqah in the half hour I've been standing here!!! What the actual hell
