Spur Vangate Mall

For all the time I've been attending spur, today was my worst experience at spur vangate mall!!! I'm very disappointed. We entered and had issues with the 1 of the managers, I forgot her name but her husband is the store manager Mogamad. We were standing in a line of which we could sew it was very busy but we really wanted to celebrate my sisters babyshower and my nephews birthday at the spur I visit regularly. We explained to manager number 1 they seating everyone after us down but not us.... we were 4 adults and 5 kids. She then started to have a attitude putting up a scene, already I started to feel uncomfortable and uneasy because this attitude would ruin not only my sisters babyshower but a kiddies party as well. We then spoke to Lyle also a manager which was very understanding and very considerate, we asked to speak to Mogamat we mentioned to him that we know the manager who gave us problems was his wife, he proceeded to ensure us that she's not his wife inside the workplace, then we explained what happend and that the scene his wife put up made another customer leave etc his response was "that's not the same story I was told"!. So his blatantly indirectly telling us as the customers that we are lying and he believes his wife. Mogamat also asked us how we know it's his wife as he does not discuss that to anyone, my friend then explains to him that 1 day she was at spur and said his good looking and his wife heared and said oh that's my husband. Mogamat then assumed that it was 1 of his collegues that told us of which again he didn't want to know that his wife said it herself.....

The cooldrinks also came 20min before the food! We just had a total horrible experience

I felt very unsafe, bothered, uncomfortable, and unwelcomed with this behavior, spur vangate!
