SPUR VANGATE MALL

Saturday the 9th of October my surprise baby shower and my nephews birthday was held at SPUR VANGATE MALL! Before I arrived, a commotion broke out between my family and friends and a female manager "name unknown to us" just after having our meal, we requested that a different manager come see us, to our surprise the manager who came to see us was "Mogamad" the wife of the female manager, we then tried speaking to him, instead he came to our table telling us, that's not the story he knows and obviously his going with the story of his "wife" even after the story was explained to him, he wasn't even apologetic about the incident, he instead went right to the back of the restaurant and both him and his wife stood there having a conversation looking at our table and laughing, making us feel crazy, it really was the most unpleasant experience ever! Also to add, the servers were looking at us funny, our drinks were brought to the tables 20minutes before our meal had arrived! I also feel that the staff should definitely go for customer service training including the MANAGERS!!
