Spur V&A waterfront Horrible service

My first time at Spur in V&A Waterfront. Absolutely horrible service. I'm sitting for over 20 minutes and still no waiter is coming to serve me. I don't know if it's rasicm going on here but some waiters are just standing not checking up on someone, managers not doing anything to make sure customers are served and attend. Even now I still never got attended to. Ridiculous stuff.
