Spur V&A Waterfront

When I came in I made a request to watch Supersport 10 since it was the last games of the PSL. All of a sudden while watching the for Ajax VS Chiefs, the TV was changed to rugby Stormers VS Chiefs. I requested the manager, Bongiwe, to ask since I made the request first to have the TV back on to SS10 and she told me that she has no control of the TV. There's nothing she can do. In a customer centric way, I believe that when a customer makes a request and it is granted then it should stay. The next person person making a request should wait or until a reasonable time lapses before it can be changed. The rugby at this Spur was playing since morning now just because I requested soccer now it becomes a problem. This is the Spur at V&A Waterfront. I lost my appetite immediately with the managers response. And now, this makes me stay away from Spur restaurants if this is the response that one would get from the management. I think think the treatment should be equal to all Spur/Sports *****s. Especially when it comes to crucial games like this one, irrespective of whether it is soccer tennis or any other sport code. At this point point in time, I regret going to that Spur.
