Spur Thunder Ridge (Centurion Central)-Employee Mispar Bayana living *******ly in my house

i have a tenant that works at the spur thunder ridge in centurion central called Mispar Bayana that has not paid me my rental at my unit in centurion. I tried to contact her on her cellphone without success, i then phoned her work on the 15th March 2019, in order to speak to her, i asked the manager (white male) to please put Mispar Bayana on the phone, the manager asked me what this was about, i then asked that he please put Mispar on the phone, he refused and called me a "rude *******".

On the 25th may i called the spur again and spoke to a supervisor Mr Thomas Ndlovu , he promised to ask her employee about the situation and i should phone back on the 26th March 2019. I'm busy phoning him and he is avoiding my calls. my lawyers also left countless messages for the employee to call them through his employer, till to date no calls were made.

I'm disgusted how the company has no regard to the law and the activities of their employees. do they even do background checks on their employees???.
