Spur the disgrace

I ordered a meal from Spur through uber eats when the food arrived the onion rings was raw the chops was burnt the wings was burnt so badly it looked as if someone ate from the food. I then contacted Spur in canal walk which is were the order came from.. The manager refused to give me his name he hung the phone up twice as he informed me nothing can be done uber eats makes the food not Spur the level of disgrace from both management and the chef who prepared such a disgusting meal
