Spur Survey a ****
I have just spent over an hour completing a Spur Survey Lifestyle competition which took me more than an hour before I abondened the endless questionnaire.<br> <br> I found it ridiculous, invasive and endless - already completed more than 60 questions without any sign that the survey will end. <br> <br> I find this practise ********, certainly discriminating considering resources used to realistically complete this survey ... my time, data ... and no chance of completing this ridiculous survey. It was invasive probably a hoax since no sane person can spend the whole week completing this to win a trip to Seychelles. <br> SPUR does not respect its loyal customer to subject them to such excrutiating process nor considered National Comsumer Protection act, and protecting of information.<br> <br> Definately not visiting your restaurants again!!<br> <br>

We do however apologise that you feel completing the survey was a waste of your time. It was never our intention to make customers feel discriminated against or to invade the time. We certainly respect all our customer and hence why we are eager to hear the opinions and feedback.
