Spur SunCity - Horrible Experience!!!

We have never on so many occassions, ever received such appalling customer service at SPUR.

The customer service at Spur in Sun City is terrible. On the 10/11/2018. We decided to have breakfast at Spur in Sun City Spur was our favourite family restuarant. We had to wait for almost 20 minutes for drinks and almost an hour for our breakfast to be served. As it was still quite early morning, it was not busy at all with only a handful of customers to be served - one would have expected a quicker service than the one we received. The mushrooms were horribly stale and not well prepared; the tomato was cold and soaked.

We are extremely disappointed at Spur, more so, because Spur is, or rather was our favourite Family Restuarant.
