Spur sucks

On Monday night the 1st of May I ordered spur through mr delivery. The restaurant (Columbine square) called us with the 1st problem from the night. No choc brownies. Eventually my food arrived 45 minutes late due to the delay with the dessert.

When we received our order as follows: 1 x Mulva pudding and Ice cream 1 x Ribs and wings combo 1 x Cheese Burger

Our cheese burger was incomplete, only half a burger. No top bun no sauce. I called the restaurant and they replaced the burger 1 hour and 30 minutes later.

When we received the 2nd burger there was no sauce and 1 slice of cheese.

Can spur explain how can you sell a cheese burger with 1 slice of cheese and no sauce, I have taken pics as proof.
