Spur Steak Ranches Vincent Park, East London

My sister I visited Spur Steak Ranches at Vincent Park, East London on the 01 Jan 2025. Firstly, we had no waitress/waiter assigned to our table after being ushered to the table. We had to stand up, and ask someone to pay attention to us. We placed the order, the waited for an hour for the food to come. The worst part is that the couple sitting next to us, came 15 mins after us, but got their food first. We had to wait for the bread to be served 10 minutes after the food was brought. I'm not happy with the service and treatment from the staff.
