Spur Steak Ranches Overall Service Disappoints

Arrived and was served 20 mins later... Ordered and received food 30 mins later... Plates were hot but food cold... My friends beef was distasteful... My wrap barely had any mushroom, avocado, tomato, carrot or feta because it was stuffed with lettuce... My fudge picasso had an after taste and the cream was floppy and distasteful... servers huddle at the entrance doing nothing... this was the WORST SERVICE EVER! I am definitely not coming back here... I'm very disappointed because they didn't even have a full store, it was barely full, and now I see why... small town Spurs are way better, but now my view of the franchise is just bad... We didn't even have napkins on the tables... Lemons are dry with no juice... DISAPPOINTING
