Spur steak ranches improve on communication

I visited Spur along Jean Ave on 16th Sept 2019, I fell the staff needs to improve on communication. We asked for our table to be closed off twice. We waited for our bill to no avail. Until we decided to go to the front desk to make payment. The waiter could have just told us to make payment at the front desk.
