Spur Steak Ranches

We visit the Spur at Carnival Mall and Zakhile was our waiter last week. The service was excellent and his personality is POSSITUDE (Positive and Attitude put into one word) The previous week we visited them was also a fantastic experience. This is what I want business owners put in their annual budget and not just spend money on training - if you don't have staff that has 'n positive attitude your profit margin will decline as clients will visit once and not refer the business to their friends/family nor will they return. This is what I do for a living - I visit places in malls and measure the service.
