Spur steak not prime or tender.

My 2nd disappointment at Spur with steak, previously at another franchise. 1. I ordered 150gm sirloin specified on the menu as prime tender meat. 2. I don't believe I was served sirloin. I'm a trained butcher and can distinguish between cuts. 3. Probably about a third was fat and other tissue leaving about two thirds meat. 4. The steak was so tough that I had to saw and saw and saw with the steak knife to sever some to eat. 5. Eventually I left about half the edible part on the plate. 6. I probably won't ever order steak again at Spur.
