Spur spoils evening

We had a booking for Sat 28 Nov at 8pm for 7 including 5kids to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. Upon arrival welcoming person first had to finish her argument with a colleague, took us to table not even asking name, seated us ... table not prepared ... after sbt 15mins waiter comes for order and surprised to hear we have party booking ... Stanley (manager) apologised he 'forgot' about booking then hurriedly prepared table in the process asking about meal option. We had to ask him for menu so we could make informed decision. At the time of serving dessert & singing of happy birthday, table was still full of dirty plates ... team came with icecream ... we stopped them and insisted that the table be cleared ... one of the singers says 'what the hell' ... waitron stops them from singing and clears table ... singing happens with only 3 singing including waitron Marve and the others standing around not participating ... what a showdown!
