Spur South Dakota cheated me off my loyalty points!

My husband and I went there for my birthday yesterday food and service was fine but I am Unhappy with what the guy that was serving us did…I have been going to spur with my family for days and only I am registered for loyalty rewards…when we went yesterday this guy asked my husband to register too we explained no we have me and when we pay I get the points and i am 1168 short to getting a voucher he said no my husband can register as they do suggest it but he will use my card to get points. This guy did not use my Loyalty card but used my husbands one and I did not get my Points this I cannot get my voucher can this rectified and I get the points in my profile as I had communicated to the guy my husband will Never is this acc because we only go out as a famiy and use my profile!!
