Spur sold me spoilt food

We ordered 3 servings of ribs from spur mafikeng only to notice that there were burnt and we returned them only to get a replace which was rotten..we asked the waitress to call the manager who came and collected the meals but our youngest brother had finished his ribs before I noticed they were rotten. We both had eaten the ribs so if any thing happens we hold spur accountable
