Spur Silver Cloud

Monday evenings at Spur are the best. Great speedy service and food always to the taste and quality expected. And to top it off the Monday promotions rocks having all this for only a portion of the price of what the burger meals usually cost. Reason for this review is not to break down nor to spoil Spurs reputation but I this goes about my visit I had at Silver Cloud Spur in Port Elizabeth tonight. With receiving my meal after eating half way through I noticed there was a ***** in between the food. I reported it to the waitress that assisted and she got hold of the manager. Manager compensated me for the meal.

I'm not entirely sure if it came from the Rib patty, onion rings or the fries but I'm just happy that I saw it before consuming it. It could have come from Kitchen utensils as it was about 10mm long so thinking a knife or grill. I think something has to be done just to make sure that this doesn't happen again with any consumer in general with any restaurant. Equipment needs to be checked on a regular bases as this can cause health implications. I do appreciate the service and the way management handled the situation
